This friendly class is ideal for women over 50 who want to move more, feel stronger and support their long-term health.

It’s a balanced mix of gentle cardio and resistance training, designed to improve bone strength, balance, and heart health – no experience needed.

Foundations of Functional Strength with Rhys

New to the gym? Not sure where to start? This studio-based class is the perfect stepping stone. Designed for beginners, it helps you build a solid foundation in strength training. Improve your technique, and gain confidence in movement — before you ever step onto the gym floor.

Open to members and non-members, with two sessions per week, this course will guide you in a supportive, small-group environment, setting you up for long-term success in your fitness journey.

Kids Swimming Lessons

Our next 8-week term of children’s swimming lessons starts on Tuesday, 2nd September.

These lessons are a great way for your child to build confidence, improve technique, and enjoy learning in a fun and supportive environment.

Lessons run Tuesday to Saturday, with levels from Tadpoles to Torpedoes, and are taught by experienced instructors who help each child progress at their own pace.
