Our gorgeous suites are perfect for communions, confirmations, birthdays, babyshowers and christenings with access to a spacious enclosed courtyard – perfect for a barbeque or al fresco buffet. Or why not succumb to the charm of the Original House with a splendid celebration in the opulent Great Hall.

The Moore Abbey Suite
The Moore Abbey Suite is an elegant, traditional private dining room with direct access to an enclosed courtyard. Beautifully set with linens, flowers, and personalised menus, it accommodates 25–60 guests. Private lunch service runs 12:30–5:30 pm, and dinner from 7 pm–midnight.
The Ledger Moore
The Ledger Moore is a stylish, modern private dining room off The Oak & Anvil, with dual-aspect lighting and direct courtyard access. Elegantly set with linens, flowers, and personalised menus, it accommodates 25–40 guests. Lunch is served 12:30–5:30 pm, and dinner 7 pm–midnight.
The Manor House
The Manor House, our grand Victorian manor at the front of the hotel, includes the Great Hall dining room plus the Parlour and Drawing Room for arrivals. Steeped in history and overlooking the fountain gardens, it’s elegantly set with linens, flowers, and personalised menus. Accommodates 40–80 guests, with lunch 12:30–5:30 pm and dinner 7 pm–midnight.
The Snug
The Snug is our traditional Irish pub, brimming with character and charm, complete with five open fires for a cosy atmosphere. Perfect for events with live trad music and a warm Irish welcome, it accommodates 30–80 guests and is available for evening hire from 7 pm–midnight.
