Oak & Anvil Brings the Best of Kildare to Taste of Kildare

This weekend, the team from Oak & Anvil Restaurant at Killashee Hotel is delighted to be heading to Taste of Kildare, celebrating the exceptional food producers, growers and culinary talent that make County Kildare such a vibrant food destination.

As one of the highlights of the weekend, our Executive Head Chef, Phillip Gleeson, will take to the demonstration stage at 12:30pm on Saturday 15th August to share his passion for great ingredients, seasonal cooking and the importance of supporting local producers. Visitors can look forward to an engaging cooking demonstration showcasing the quality and versatility of some of the finest produce Kildare has to offer.
