A unique blend of heat experiences to relax and prepare your body and mind while gaining maximum benefit from your treatment. Indulge from head to toe as you relax in the warmth of our fibre optic lit steam room. Cool down or heat up in the lifestyle showers. Finally, relax in the spacious indoor Therapy Pool.

The heat experiences have been carefully designed with heat generating and cooling therapies to cleanse and stimulate the body and aid relaxation. This area is complementary prior to treatments valued over €60 for 1 hour (excludes finishing touches & waxing). It is also available to hotel guests at €25 per 1.5 hours or non-hotel guests at €40 per 1.5 hours.

Walk in guest – €40 charge for all walk in guests that are non-residents or non-gym members
