Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with every purchase – every time. However, if you are unhappy with an item, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and administration costs.

We appreciate that despite best intentions, ordering on the web requires trust, especially if you are purchasing a product for the first time. That’s why we pride ourselves on our service levels and our “fair play” standards.

On receipt of any returned items, we will endeavour to deal with the problem as quickly as possible, to ensure it does not happen again. Once the reason for return has been clarified we will refund the purchase price less administration expenses and any postage costs incurred

Membership & Renewal Fees

All upfront memberships are non cancellable on initial purchase or on renewal. For the avoidance of doubt an upfront membership is any membership paid for in advance using Cash, Cheque, Credit or Debit cards. Direct debit customers may cancel their membership by notifying Killashee Leisure Club in writing of such request a minimum of 30 days in advance.
