New Positions available

Reservations Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage telephone and email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner and in accordance with company standards ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times
  • Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue
  • Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients
  • Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of properties facilities and processes, and contribute to a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts
  • Ensure bookings are guaranteed and no show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate
  • To deal with any guest complaints, queries and suggestions quickly and efficiently
  • To adhere to all Company policies including Customer Care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Cash Handling etc.
  • Use of onsite computer systems including Hotsoft, Availpro & ResDiary
A Full Time position - Hours of work are 5 out of 7 days per working week and shifts generally vary between 8.30am - 5pm/ 10.30am - 7pm.

The ideal candidate:
  • Will have previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel
  • Be an excellent communicator, have fluent English and have a very high standard of personal presentation
  • Will be proficient in Hotsoft

Chef De Partie

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that all food production is in line with our high food standards.
  • Work effectively within the Kitchen Team to ensure high customer service standards.
  • Follow all health & hygiene standards.
The ideal candidate:
  • Will have at least 2 year's experience at Chef de Partie level.
  • Will be an excellent team player and work well under pressure

Accommodation Assistant

Main Responsibilities:
To maximise guest satisfaction by maintaining standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in your assigned bedroom, corridor, public areas, back of house areas in accordance with standards of performance.

The ideal candidates:
  • Will have at least 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  • Will have experience in a 4*/5* hotel.
  • Will have good customer service skills.

Part Time Spa Therapist

We are currently recruiting for a Part time Spa Therapist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing beauty and spa treatments to the highest of standards
  • Providing excellent customer care
  • Achieving retail and treatment targets
  • Ensuring the highest standards in Spa hygiene are met at all times

The Ideal candidate will:

  • Be ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO qualified
  • Have a of Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
  • Elemis experience an advantage
  • Advanced waxing & threading an advantage
  • Must be flexible to work weekends
  • A positive attitude
  • Fluent English is essential

Night Porter

We are currently recruiting a Night Porter to join our team.
 
Main Responsibilities:
The main purpose of this position is to provide assistance and visible presence and security to guests and staff and to oversee the smooth running of the hotel throughout the night

The ideal candidate:
  • Will have at least 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  • Will have experience in a 4*/5* hotel.
  • Will have excellent levels of English.
  • Will have excellent customer service skills
